Terra Sonoma California Saba, the first-ever made in the U.S. Our Saba is made from 100% estate-grown wine grapes from our family vineyards of red Bordeaux varietals Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. The aroma is of deep, rich concentrated dark fruits, the taste is sweet, sophisticated fig, cassis flavors. Delicious on desserts, seared fish, chicken, pork and red meats. The contrast of sweet and seared is amazing. A delicious sweet and savory syrup for cooking.
