We combine the flavors of three mushroom varieties--shiitake, button and portabella. Adding the combination of parmesan, cheddar, sharp cheddar and mascarpone cheeses gives this a flavor combination that bursts from the plate.

Our first product is a line of gourmet mac and cheese updated with innovative combinations of chef-inspired ingredients and flavors. All our products are produced locally and prepared by hand in small batches. Our Kid's Mac was designed to get finicky kids to eat their veggies, while still enjoying a bowl of hearty mac and cheese. Our gluten-free variety is made with organic quinoa pasta, which gives it great texture and added protein.
