Recipe courtesy of chef Jordan Stein, Pond House Café, West Hartford, CT.

6 to 9 Sechuan Buttons
3 cups of simple syrup (1 1/2 cups of water, 1 1/2 cups of sugar)
2 large mangos, diced
1/2 cup of fresh orange juice

Method:

1. You don’t need an ice-cream maker for this simple method (but you can use one for a creamier result). Put all ingredients in a blender until smooth, then freeze.
