WindsorDale, a firm, flaky English raw-milk farmhouse cheese with a hint of tart apple and honey. Farmstead Cheddar, raw milk cheddar with a subtle sweet note and lingering hints of butter and fruit. AleHouse Cheddar, tispy with two types of rich Harpoon® ale. SugarHouse Edam, flavored with fenugreek, our edam suggests a hint of maple and walnut. BrickHaus Tilsit, medium firm, buttery and fruity and a great melter. Smoked BrickHaus Tilsit, applewood-smoked, smoky and seductive outside, buttery inside. Vermont Artisan Cheddar, pasteurized cheddar leads with a delicate buttery note, finishes sweet and fruity.
