Usage: Versatile and equally tasty fresh or cooked. Use raw in salads, with dips, sauteed with side dishes, breaded or as an ingredient to enrich sauces, soups, stuffings or entrées.
Established in 1928 Giorgio's tradition of excellence has continued decade by decade, from the 1920s through the 1950s when we added a cannery to meet the demands of the supermarket industry, right through the 1970s when we opened a modern facility to produce frozen mushrooms and a broad variety of frozen prepared foods. In addition to IQF mushrooms and mushroom specialties, such as sauteed mushrooms, we produce appetizers and a large selection of pizza (5-, 7-, 12- and 16-inch round), stromboli, calzones, empanadas, pierogies, plus a wide variety of savory filled sandwich products as well as assembled sandwiches.
