York Harbor Lobster Risotto on the Half Shell

2011 sofi Award Winner for Outstanding Perishable Foodservice Product. Sweet, heavenly Maine lobster kissed with a delicate, rich beurre blanc risotto made from the freshest ingredients, including crimini mushrooms and a touch of Swiss cheese. All this is topped with panko bread crumbs mixed with lemon herb butter and presented in a scallop shell — it looks as good as it tastes. Two shells; 4-oz. each.
